How you can return items
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please do not return any of our items to our manufacturer addresses in China or United states of America
Send items back to our London warehouse , at 17 Gad close,Plaistow, London, E13 0BD. Remember to email us to inform us of your returned items - email@example.com
If you have provided us with your telephone number only and would like to return your items please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can email you the return form.
Any Items that we clear under cost price and are sold at a loss to the business, can not be refunded. These items include all items sold over 50% discount or more in sale collection.
The items must not been worn and show no signs of the items being worn, all still have the Missi Kalo tags attached with no sign of tampering. There's no make up stains or dirt marks and returned in original condition, and packaging.
Refunds on Faulty items
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept refunds on items that are defective, damaged and faulty. We can only exchange faulty items, Only 1 exchange per order is permitted.
PLEASE NOTE: Please ensure to take great care when trying on your items as we understand you may not intend to keep every item, however any item/items found with markings, makeup or damage will not be refunded whether they have been worn or unworn. We will not accept liability for items returned back not in original condition.

On your return form tick the items you want to return and tell us why you’re returning it using the reason codes provided (was it too big, too small? just not what you thought?)Enclose your return form with the item(s) and package up securely, using the original packaging if possible
Oh, and don’t forget to keep your proof of postage – we’ll need this if there are issues with your return.
Take your parcel to any Post Office counter Ask for a certificate of postage from the Post Office if you’re not already given one Please allow 14 working days for us to receive your item(s)
Can you Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged and faulty and only 1 exchange per order is permitted. if you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email email@example.com stating your full name, address , product description and the reason for the exchange.
Charges for Return: If you return a package due to size error , or you do not like the items and if you have changed your mind, the shipping cost is at your charge.
Exchange on the basis that the items has not been worn, all still have the Missi Kalo tags attached with no sign of tampering There’s no makeup stains or dirt marks. Returned in original condition, and packaging if possible.
If you change your mind, you can return your items to us, provided:

Items must be unworn and unwashed, free of makeup & dirt marks. All Items must have all MISSI KALO tags attached with no sign of tampering
All Items must be returned at the customer’s expense , Sale items are non refundable over 50%. Any sale items returned with 50% discount or more will be returned to the customer.
You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to MISSI KALO. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your returns.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy.
We reserve the right not to refund you if we have proof of delivery i.e GPS tracking, customers signature or photographic evidence of safe place.
How long to Return/Exchange
You can return any unwanted items back to us within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original and unused condition i.e no makeup, odour, or dirt marks.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy. Please view 'how do I return an item?' for more information.
Have not received my refund
Please allow 10 working days for us to receive your items, and 14 working days to process your return and confirm your refund amount. We’ll send you an email when this has been done.
Once your return has been processed, please allow the following times for your refund to reach you, depending on your original payment method.
Bank Account payments will take 3 - 5 working days
PayPal payments will take 1 - 2 working days
Refunded the wrong amount
When checking your refund amount please take into account any discounts that were applied to your order to calculate the correct refund amount.
Please note, postal fees will not be refunded on returned items.
The right to cancel
If you’re a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days from when you receive your order. This doesn’t apply to items that have been worn or used.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform MISSI KALO of your decision to cancel the contract by contacting our email@example.com detailing your name, address and order number and that you wish to cancel your contract. You must do this within 14 days of receipt of your order.
You must then return the items to us.
